What we collect from you

When you request a sample or contact us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, company, and the targeting details you want us to work from. We use this to prepare your sample, answer your questions, and deliver work you order.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites or sessions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.

Business contact information we process for clients

Our service is building prospect lists. To do that we process business contact information about people in their professional capacity: name, job title, employer, work email address, business location, and a link to a public professional profile.

This comes from commercial B2B data providers, company websites and public professional profiles, combined with our own research and cleaning. We deliver it to the client who commissioned the list. We do not publish it, sell it as a general database, or build consumer profiles from it.

Clients run their own outreach using the lists we deliver. How that outreach is conducted, and which rules apply to it, is the client’s responsibility.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence and delivered lists while the working relationship is active and for as long as we need them for billing and record-keeping. We delete material we no longer have a reason to hold.

Sharing

We use third-party tools to run the business, including email, scheduling, file delivery, hosting and an email verification service. They process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Access and deletion

To find out what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email u.vukonjanski@gmail.com. This applies whether you contacted us directly or your details appeared in a list we researched. Tell us enough to identify the record and we will action it.
