What we provide

We carry out B2B prospect research and deliver lead lists. That means identifying companies and decision-makers matching an agreed ideal customer profile (ICP), verifying business contact information, enriching records, removing irrelevant prospects, deduplicating, and delivering the result as a structured file.

We do not send outreach, run campaigns, or manage your inbox or sales process. Those remain entirely yours.

Agreeing the ICP

Research begins once the ICP is confirmed in writing. The confirmed ICP is the reference point for whether a delivered prospect matches, so changes requested after research has started may require a new order or a revised quote.

Payment

One-off lists are quoted at the prices shown on the pricing page and invoiced per order. Recurring monthly delivery is billed monthly. Custom work above the listed packages is quoted individually.

Delivery

Delivery times are stated per package and counted from ICP confirmation, not from when the order is placed. Lists are delivered as Google Sheets, CSV or XLSX.

Replacements

• If a delivered prospect clearly does not match the agreed ICP, we will replace it.
• If an email delivered as verified is invalid or bounces, we will replace it.

These are replacements rather than refunds. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales or revenue: those depend on your offer, messaging and sales process, which are outside our control.

How you use the data

Lists are provided for your own business use. You are responsible for how you contact the people on them, including which marketing and data-protection rules apply to your campaigns in your jurisdiction and theirs. Please do not resell or redistribute delivered lists as a standalone product.

Confidentiality

We treat the targeting criteria, exclusion lists and customer information you share with us as confidential, and use them only to produce your work.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
